If you fail to provide the information we need, we will not be able to proceed with your application.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">We will collect your full name and contact details (such as phone number, email address and postal address when you get in touch with us.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">We may need to collect certain types of personal information that is known as special category data. This is generally information relating to health, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinion and sexual orientation. But we will only collect this where it is necessary to provide you with the service.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">If you are applying to be a tenant\/resident we will need to collect:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Personal background including occupation\/status<\/span><\/li><li>Bank details<\/li><li>Identity verification and credit status<\/li><li>Deposits (if any)<\/li><li>Tenancy details including renewal, joint tenants or other residents and guarantors<\/li><li>Immigrations\/Right to Rent checks (England only)<\/li><li>Welfare benefits<\/li><li>Health or disability<\/li><li>Next or Kin or emergency contact details<\/li><li>Rent and other payments<\/li><li>Details of previous tenancies and any reports such as anti-social behaviour<\/li><li>Audio or CCTV (if in operation)<\/li><li>Complaints.<\/li><\/ul><p>If you are a landlord and we are managing and letting your property for you we will collect information that is also about the property:<\/p><ul><li>Personal details (name and address etc)<\/li><li>Verification of ownership or details of your right to control over the property<\/li><li>Bank details to enable us to forward rent payments<\/li><li>Recovery of arrears, claims or possession proceedings<\/li><li>Repairs\/health and safety\/housing conditions<\/li><li>Council Tax liability\/Utilities and services provided\/Water Charges.<\/li><\/ul><p>If you are a guarantor we will need to collect:<\/p><ul><li>Personal background including occupation\/status<\/li><li>Bank details<\/li><li>Identity verification and credit status<\/li><li>Confirmation that you are willing to act as a guarantor.<\/li><\/ul><p>We will not collect any personal information from you we do not need in order to provide our services to you.<\/p><p>We may collect some of the personal information from other sources such as credit reference agencies, companies that make information commercially available (data brokers), social networks (such as Facebook), your employer, a solicitor, online property portals and other publicly available sources such as the electoral roll and HM Land Registry.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6318a7a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6318a7a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Why we need it?<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2f4d7ff elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2f4d7ff\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We cannot provide the tenancy or the property lettings services without collecting your personal information, so we are required to identify the legal basis (the legal reason) why we are collecting and using your personal information.
